We use durum wheat, which is grown specifically for making pasta and is what gives our pasta it’s excellent al dente texture and delicious taste. Our durum wheat is grown in North America, where it soaks up all the sunshine and good vibes it can get. Then, in a small North Dakota town, we mill it into semolina flour, add our unique blend of fibers and protein, and make it into spaghetti, penne rigate and more popular pasta shapes for you to enjoy!
